Austin Fashion Week F/W 2017! Part 1

Hi, fashionistas!

If you live in the Texas area or have been following the latest fashion week news, you may know that Austin Fashion Week was going on back in May, and it was definitely the highlight of my summer! The collections were absolutely fabulous and the venues were to-die-for! In the midst of all of that awesomeness, there were a few shows that I think deserve some extra attention, which is why I’m starting a 3-part blog post series showcasing my favorites from the season!

Today, I’m sharing the Boudoir Queen Fall/Winter 2017 collection with you! When I watched these models walk down the runway, I knew that the photos would be spectacular! The clothes are glamorous with a nod to vintage fashion, which is very unique.

Austin Fashion Week F/W 2016! Part 3

Hi, fashionistas!

Today, I’m writing about the Melissa Fleis Fall/Winter runway show at Austin Fashion Week! These looks are very rock & roll with a softer feel, which is exactly my inspiration during the colder seasons! All in all, I absolutely love this collection, and I’m sure you will, too!

Hi, fashionistas!

Today, I’m writing about the Korto Momolu runway show at Austin Fashion Week by FashionxAustin! This collection was one of my favorites, because it included a mix of evening and every day wear, sometimes within the same outfit! Blending these two styles is a hard task to accomplish, but I think that this designer met it head-on.

Austin Fashion Week F/W 2016! Part 1

Hi, fashionistas!

As some of you may know, Austin Fashion Week, highlighting fall and winter, took place in April, and it was incredible! All of the guests were decked out in their most fashion-forward outfits, the venue was full of excitement, and, most importantly, the collections were to-die-for! Since there were so many amazing runway shows, I’m splitting up the Austin Fashion Week posts into 3 parts (like last year). That way there’s more fashion to go around!

For this post, I’m showing you the collection by Michelle Lesniak, a Project Runway season 11 alumni! For her collection, she used an array of beautiful textiles, prints, and textures. This is giving me boho-chic vibes with an edge.
